- We diagnose before we sell. Many "dead" locks need a repair, not a replacement. We show you the fault and the fix.
- We open doors without destroying them. Picking and bypassing first; the drill stays in the case unless there's no other way.
- We respect old buildings. Vintage mortise locks, landmark facades, co-op alteration rules — we work within them, not around them.
- We explain everything. What we're doing, why, and what it means for your security — in plain English.
- We stand behind the work. Test every key and lock with us before we leave; if something isn't right, we make it right.
